Tom and Melanie Eiberger

Owner / President

Tom and Melanie have been running Eiberger Construction since 1988.  They have 5 children, 4 of which work in the family business.  They enjoy traveling and doting on their 11 grandchildren.

Mary Detrick

Vice President

Mary has been with Eiberger Construction since 2011 - but really, shes been around construction all her life!  She's Tom and Melanies 2nd oldest daughter. 

Mary prepares estimates, handles finances, project managment and a variety of other tasks.  She graduated from UMKC with degrees in Spanish and Chemistry.  She and her husband have 2 children and stay busy with sports and extra curriculars!

Adam Eiberger

Safety Manager / Project Manager

Adam has been with Eiberger Construction since 2014 - after spending 7 years in the United States Air Force.

Adam prepares estimates, manages and schedules jobs.  Adam and his fiance have 3 young children that keep them on their toes!

Jacob Eiberger

Project Manager / Estimator

Jacob has been with Eiberger Construction since 2013. He also prepares estimates, manages and schedules jobs. 

Jake enjoys spending time out on the boat at Smithville lake with friends and chilling at home with his black lab, Good Boy. 

Amy Jo Eiberger

Office Admin / Payroll / Benefits

Amy Jo has been with Eiberger Construction since 2017. She handles payroll, human resources and as the family extrovert - gets sent out to networking events. 

She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids that are all involved in sports and extracurriculars and also enjoys time in the garden and on the softball field.
