Our History

In 1988, Tom (an operator at ADM) and Melanie Eiberger (a Catholic school teacher) were faced with job loss and the pregnancy of their 3^rd (of 5) child.  After some consideration and direction from friends, they dove headfirst into the exciting world of commercial construction.

They started their business with a typewriter and a single sledgehammer.

Melanie answered the house phone “Eiberger Construction!” as 5 little ones ran amuck!

Today, Eiberger Construction boasts a shop full of equipment and keeps our full-time laborers busy with projects year-round.  Our work can be found all over the KC Metro, outlying areas in Kansas, Missouri, and nationally at times!
