Here at Eiberger Construction, we pride ourselves on our commitment to safety. All of our general laborers are OSHA 10 certified, and our Foremen – OSHA 30.

We provide paid safety training for all employees throughout the year and keep them informed with a thorough New Hire Safety Orientation and regular Toolbox Talks.

Additionally, we offer dental, vision and supplemental insurance. We also offer Simple IRA with a 3% company match. Employees earn PTO on an accural basis. We celebrate work anniversaries and reward our employees with yearly reviews, raises, and year-end bonuses!
